  1. L4T collects information about natural persons carrying out business or professional activities in their own name (hereinafter referred to as Entrepreneurs), as well as data of natural persons carrying out a legal act not directly related to their activities.
  2. Customers' personal data is collected when a Customer registers in the Store by creating a Customer Account and when Customers make a one-time purchase without having to create an Account in the Store.
  3. In the case of registration of an Account in the Store, the Customer shall provide the following

  2. L4T provides customers who have an account with uninterrupted access to their data and the ability to modify it at any time. To make the modification, you must log in to your Store Account. The customer has the possibility to delete personal data from the data set in case of termination of the contract for the provision of services by electronic means. L4T. may refuse to delete customer data if he has violated the Regulations in force in the Store, and the preservation of the data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and establish liability and in particular the investigation by L4T. claims from the Customer.

Each customer has the right to access the content of his data and the right to rectification, erasure, organication processed, the right to data portability, the right to object legally, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  6. The customer is not obliged to provide his data. Providing personal data is a condition for the conclusion of the contract and is necessary for its implementation. Refusal to provide personal data prevents the conclusion of the contract and thus its further implementation.
    • 6 Cookie Mechanism, IP Address
  1. The store uses small files, called cookies. They are saved by the L4T server on the visitor's computer, if the web browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which it originates, its "expiry time" and an individual, randomly selected number identifying the cookie. The information collected through these types of files helps to tailor the products offered by to the individual preferences and actual needs of visitors to the Store. It also gives you the opportunity to compile general statistics of visits to presented products in the Store.

However, the store does not send a password reminder. The Client's password is stored in the database in encrypted form in such a way that it is not read. To generate a new password, you must provide an email address in the form available under the "Forgot password" link provided when you log in to your Store account. The new password will be automatically sent only to the email address you provided when you registered or saved in your last profile change.
  4. L4T never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, asking for login details, in particular an access password to the Customer Account. Such information shall also not be made available by traditional correspondence, e-mail or telephone.
